These Terms are an agreement between you and OCP Games ("we", "us"), the maker of UNSAVED ("the game"). By tapping ACCEPT or playing the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to play. The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these Terms with you.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law allows it.
- Use cheats, bots or exploits to break the game, or attack our content servers.
- Use the game in any way that breaks the law.
4. Game content and progress
Credits, weapons, perks, participants, accessories and everything else you earn in the game are game features with no real-world money value. They cannot be sold or exchanged for money. Your progress is saved only on your device and is never sent to us: if you delete the game, clear its data, reset it, or lose or replace your device, your progress may be lost and we cannot restore it.
5. Purchases
The game is free and currently has no in-app purchases or ads. If we add purchases later, they will be handled by Google Play (or the App Store) under their terms; we never see or store your payment details. Refunds follow the store's refund policy, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
6. Downloaded content
On first launch, and after some updates, the game downloads art and other files from our content server, delivered through Cloudflare. You need an internet connection for that download. As our Privacy Policy explains, the request includes your IP address and basic technical details, which may appear briefly in server logs; we do not use them to identify you.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the game uses and why: https://sites.google.com/view/unsaved-privacy . It is part of these Terms. In short: no accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking, and your progress stays on your device.
8. Updates and changes
This version is a free demo that ends after B015; more of the Tower may come in later updates. We may update, change or remove features or content, and we may stop offering the game. We may update these Terms; if the changes are important, the game will ask you to accept them again.
9. Ownership
The game, its story (based on the novel Unsaved), characters, the INVERSUS name and logo, art, music, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Unsaved" is our name.
10. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of bugs, always available, or right for any purpose.
11. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or progress. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting the game. If you break these Terms, your licence to play ends.
13. App stores
If you got the game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, their terms also apply. Google and Apple are not responsible for the game or its support.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
